Cancellation Policy

At Driscoll Family Insurance and Wealth Solutions, we are committed to providing personalized and valuable life insurance consultations. To ensure efficiency and respect for everyone's time, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking & Confirmation Consultations must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance using our online booking system. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting details, including the virtual meeting link. A reminder email and/or text will be sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before your appointment via the reschedule link in your confirmation email. If you can no longer attend, kindly cancel at least 12 hours in advance to allow others to book the slot. 3. No-Show Policy We understand that unexpected situations arise. However, repeated no-shows impact our ability to assist others. If you miss a scheduled consultation without prior notice, you may be required to confirm future bookings via email or phone. After two missed appointments, future bookings may be limited to waitlist-only status. 4. Late Arrivals A 5-minute grace period is allowed. If you are late, we may need to reschedule your consultation to ensure fairness to other clients. 5.
